Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

This is such a beautifully crafted set. I bought it as a gift for a friend and the presentation was also excellent. The maker also included a free gift of a necklace and I'm keeping this for myself! Looking forward to seeing what other products pop up in future
