I am inspired by stories, nature and things that remain mysteries. I have always been an artist, but only recently have felt a desire to share my art through greeting cards. Greeting cards can be kept, framed or shared with folks who mean something to us...and don't put a big dent in our wallets ;) So who REALLY inspired me, you may ask? My amazing wee boy! While my husband works outside the home, I hold the honor of being a full time mama and care taker to our son, who is autistic and non-verbal (for now). He encourages me every day. In his world, there is no complaining, judging, hate or fear. He is full of joy and lives through movies and stories. In all, he is the happiest boy in the kingdom. I want to learn from him, and I also want to leave something of myself for his future. I hope to, one day, walk into shops all over the UK and be able to show our son the small legacy that will could help support him when he is grown. It sounds like a far reach, but sometimes we have to extend those arms and reach for the stars. So Alexi, this is for you!!
