I worked in IT for many years but always had a love for making things from wood. My wife got me a lathe as a kind of therapy for my depression and my love of wood turning took off from there.

I was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer in December 2021, and as great as my employer was the impact of the treatment combined with the stresses of my job were too much so I took early retirement in January 2025. Since then I have thrown myself into my turning and am now producing interesting and quality items on a regular basis.

My friends and family have encouraged me to sell on here, so I hope you like my stuff and maybe make a purchase or two.
