I use the Post Office for parcels whenever possible and they usually deliver within 3-4 days, if your purchase is urgent phone me and for a little more I can send next day.
I strive to recycle, the majority of my wood stock has been accumulated over many years, and in some cases donated, and this , I believe, helps to keep prices reasonable. To reduce my carbon footprint I make my own packages using salvaged cardboard - quite interesting as well!. The packaging tape and minimal bubble wrap sadly cannot usually be reused.

I enjoy taking old and discarded timbers and making them useful and sometimes elegant!.

Been wood turning for many years , mainly as a hobby but I enjoy using wood as its such a tactile material. I use some of my spare time to teaching adults with learning disabilities how to turn and what they produce is sold in their shop. It very rewarding and a pleasure to impart my humble skills to others.
I have started making specialist items for spinners, this is an absorbing task as i begin to understand how spinning works. I have expert guidance from some spinners.
I really enjoy a challenge and can make bespoke creations to order
