Hi, I'm Silke – the maker behind Salt Sand Sunshine. I am creating your unique bags you find in my store. Once you ordered, the bag goes usually out within 24h and will be posted by Royal Mail tracked 48h.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I want you to love your item! If there's a problem, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted on unused items in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.
