I’m Tabs Tebay, the founder of RosyRetro®, an eco-friendly, non-smoking work environment located in rural South Hams, Devon, U.K. I have a professional design background in Art & Theatre BA (Hons) and take real pride in the quality of my work.
Using my many years of experience in the Knitting & Crochet community, I design and make all my items with the utmost care, using quality fabrics and materials. As a knitter and crocheter myself, I know how to design and make good stitch markers!
All RosyRetro® Coloured Ringo Stitch Markers are made from scratch using bespoke handcrafted techniques.
Fabrics used in my other products include Liberty of London and many other contemporary designers.
The name RosyRetro® pays homage to my wonderful Irish great-great-grandmother, Nana Polly Rose, whilst my other great-grandparents ran a successful hattiers in Edinburgh. I grew up in a highly creative household and take a keen interest in historical clothing and costume design inspired by pop culture and fashion. My prices reflect the work and care that go into each item: I try to keep them as low as possible for the customer and can keep postage minimal when combining items.
