I Kateryna Skrypka am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

REWORKIDDO was born as a dream to reduce the amount of adults and kiddos clothes being thrown away daily, either because old, stained or damaged. Our ambition is to limit the harm we're doing to our planet, and to give pre-loved clothes a new (stylish, colourful, exclusive) life.

My genuine ambition is to limit the harm we, people, are doing to our planet, and to give pre-loved clothes a new (stylish, colourful, exclusive) life.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns & Refunds policy
Returns policy
If you change your mind about your online purchase, we accept returns on all UK orders with 14-days returns policy for refunds. All items must be returned unworn in the condition you received it in within 14 days of your parcel's arrival. To get your return approved, please send your request to reworkiddo.shop@gmail.com, and we will send you a return form to fill out and send back to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are unable to exchange garments due to the one of a kind nature of our reworked products.
Alterations (if applicable)
Alterations made after purchasing will not be covered by our refund policy as this alters the original state and listing.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us to reworkiido.shop@gmail.com to receive the return details.
Return shipping (in the UK and outside of the UK) is unfortunately not free and you are responsible for the payment of shipment costs and risks. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
