I have been sewing for as long as I can remember, but during recent years, I realised that instead of buying new fabrics, there were charity shops that were already full of preloved textiles.
It was then, that I bought a pair of funky second hand curtains and turned them into a pair of dungarees!

After educating myself on the state of fast fashion and the impact it has on the world, I have made it my mission to only use preloved fabrics and clothing.
Each piece that I buy from a charity shop, is one less item that will inevitably end up in landfill (and it also puts money into the pockets of charities - Win win!)

It gives me so much satisfaction to upcycle these items and give them a second chance at 'life'

I also appreciate the incredible support i get from customers like yourself. whether that be in the form of a purchase or a 'like' on social media.
The more awareness we can spread about the damage fast fashion is having on our planet, the more educated people will become, which will hopefully lead to better choices.
