About quietlycreaty

I love creating bold, abstract paintings with a focus on colour relationships and shape.

Hello!

I'm Lisa, and I love creating bold, abstract paintings with a focus on colour relationships and shape. I use joyful or calming colours, drawing inspiration from hyperphantasia and the world around me. I use cyan, magenta and yellow as my primaries, with unprimed canvas, paper & wood as surfaces.

I'm new to Folksy, so please bear with me while I find my footing - I'll try to add more detail and options to my listings as I get more established, but please do ask if you have any questions, or if you'd like me to investigate international shipping.

I may be new to online selling, but I'm not new to painting - it's an inescapable part of my psyche. I'm not a salesperson though, and my living space is filled with art spanning several decades. Having recently completed my MA Fine Art, my 'body of work' has pushed this to the extreme, so I'm hoping I can find some fellow colourists and abstract fans online to help make space for the next wave.

Whether it's something from me, or from another vendor on Folksy, I hope you find something to inspire you!
