Buying from me

My items are all handmade using premium quality waxes and the best quality fragrances. Many items listed are in stock and ready to ship. When I need to make the item it will be shipped within 3 days of your order being placed. For personalised items allow a week for production and approvals before dispatch. We generally use Royal Mail for shipping although we do also use Evri. All orders are sent using a 48 hour tracked service.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
