I've been passionate about arts and crafts for over 20 years, drawing inspiration from the vibrant colours and textures of nature, especially the sea, which is often reflected in my work. My interests are diverse, ranging from encaustic art, printmaking, and collage to watercolour, and I love blending various media into my projects.
Living in New Zealand further enriched my creative journey, and you'll often see the vivid colours of paua shell woven into my pieces as a nod to that inspiration.
Now based in Wales with my partner, I find constant inspiration from the beautiful countryside, which I explore on my daily walks. Alongside my creative work, I also work as an occupational therapist at our local hospice, with a deep interest in wellbeing. I firmly believe that the activities we engage in regularly play a vital role in enhancing both our mental and physical health—one of the main reasons I create. :)
