Buying from me

I am very mindful of the use of plastic in packaging, therefore, most items will come to you wrapped in tissue paper and in an eco friendly cardboard box or envelope.
However, when I receive packages myself in bubble wrap envelopes, I try to re-use them when I can, rather than throwing them away. So if you receive your item in such packaging, please be assured that I am re-using it to help the environment and reduce waste.

I will always aim to post items within 24 hours.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
