I’m a woodturner with a passion for creating simple, beautifully crafted pieces that celebrate the natural character of wood. What began as a curiosity quickly became a craft I truly love — the quiet rhythm of the lathe, the scent of fresh shavings, and the moment a rough block of timber reveals its hidden grain never loses its magic.
I work mainly with locally sourced hardwoods such as maple, ash, laburnum and oak, choosing each piece of wood for its texture, colour, and unique personality. Every bowl, platter, or decorative piece is individually hand-turned by me, shaped with care and finished to highlight the natural beauty of the timber rather than hide it.
My aim is to create items that feel warm and timeless — pieces that can be used and enjoyed every day, yet still carry the individuality that only handmade work can offer. No two items are ever the same; each one has its own story, shaped by the wood and guided by the craft.
