Buying from me
Each piece is hand-made to order, and it takes us 1–2 weeks to create and send your jewellery.
Many of our designs are put together using a custom loom built by Esther’s husband. Others are carefully constructed using high-quality wire or thread, and always finished with 18K gold-plated findings.
We take pride in thoughtful design, attention to detail, and creating joyful, lasting pieces. Thank you for supporting our small, sister-run business!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
