All our products are handmade and hand poured here in our cottage in Devon, we can make candles to order too, however these ideally need a curing time of 2 weeks to maximise hot throw, all of our candles come with the correct CLP as do our melts.
our products are all made in small batches that allow us to make sure the highest quality products are made, All Products are made with "Woof".
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
