Each piece of stationery is made to order, so shipping times may vary. I aim to produce all products within 3 days, but this may depend on the number of orders coming in. I will post via Royal Mail 2nd class unless stated otherwise.
If you would like something custom-made, please let me know and I will try to accommodate your request.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
