Every piece is lovingly handmade by Louise, from the first sketch to the final brushstroke. Each tile and painting is completely unique, created with care especially for you.

Bespoke Art on Tile and Canvas has a shipping time of 3-5 working days
Custom Made Ties - shipping time of 7-10 working days
Custom Made Paintings on Canvas - 14-20 working days (or buyer will be notified otherwise)

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
