Hello, I’m Lou, a self-taught artist based in Rossendale. I create original paintings and fine art prints inspired by wildlife, nature, and the beauty of tranquil moments. I’ve been drawing and painting for a few years, but since 2024 I’ve been sharing my art professionally & doing commissioned drawings.
It really helps me find calm and focus. Living with keratoconus and caring for my SEN child means life can sometimes feel overwhelming, but painting gives me a space to tune out and recharge.
Through my work I try to capture stillness, strength, and beauty, the things I often look for in life myself.
