Buying from me

My items are made using my trusty sewing machine, but I may use hand stitching to finish off my creations such as for the scrunchies.

Postage consists of 2nd class delivery. Receipt will be retained as proof of postage. If you prefer the item to be sent tracked, please message me and hopefully I can get something sorted depending on delivery options for that size parcel.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
