Beautiful handmade quilts and quilted things of all colours and sizes

Hello, thank you for dropping by my shop.

I have been sewing for over 40 years since Mrs Baskerville taught me how to make a skirt at school, a truly hideous peach colour but I loved the process. Since I made my first quilt for my daughter in 2018 I have been obsessed with creating beautiful snuggly quilts for family, friends and Project Linus (a charity providing warm hugs to children and adults in need comfort).

I make all my creations using high quality cotton. I sometimes use recycled fabric, for example, cotton sheets on the back (don’t worry everything is washed very well and only used if it is in perfect condition). The quilts are pieced on a sewing machine and finished by hand. My typical style is cute, bright and girly but I like to dabble with other types of prints every now and again.

I also make memory quilts and cushions for example from a dearly departed loved one’s clothes, a baby’s first set of clothes or celebration quilts such as for a wedding, baby shower or christening. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you would like to discuss a commission item.
