About Les Bijoux d’Amandine

Les Bijoux d’Amandine

Wearable art that celebrates natural character.

Hello,

I'm Amandine, and I've been creating handmade jewellery since 2016. My story began with bold, colourful polymer clay pieces under the Lopsided Studio - think vibrant statement earrings with a perfectly imperfect charm.

The pandemic sparked a major shift when I finally pursued my long-held dream of learning silversmithing. What started as an intensive course became an ongoing love affair with metal that continues to this day.

My main creative space is a once-grey summer house in our garden that my husband and I lovingly transformed into a bright studio /office space complete with underfloor heating (pure luxury for those chilly morning making sessions!). For more complex pieces, I regularly visit my favourite jewellery school, where their tools and machinery help me tackle more technical projects.

I'm particularly drawn to patinas and natural elements - I love how metals develop their own character over time. Mixing different materials is where I find the most joy, as it allows me to play with textures and bring colours into my designs.

I recently graduated with an art history degree and keep busy with various projects. Jewellery making remains my go-to creative outlet, the thing that helps me stay grounded and brings all my different interests together.

Thanks for being here - I'm excited to share this creative journey with you.
