I am a self- taught artist who loves painting on leaves, a way to create unique pieces of art that speak to others.

I am a mum, wife and Reception teacher who has always loved art. After Covid I re-discovered my passion for painting. I used to spend days painting with my daughter using lots of natural materials.
I also have another great hobby- gardening. I adore flowers and this is reflected in my paintings.

Two years ago I have begun to collect flowers and leaves for my art and then my new adventure in art has begun.
Combining my two hobbies, in January 2024 I painted my first leaf and that moment was an eye-opening for me. I felt that this type of media used defines me as a self-taught artist.
I enjoy painting on small surfaces creating miniature pieces of art.

Everywhere I travel, I collect leaves, different size or shapes. Nature is so beautiful and very resourceful.
Most of my paintings have a special meaning to someone. They might be connected to unforgettable places, special moments that happened as a child, hometown/home country, memorable holiday, first kiss or honeymoon.

This year my aim is to take part in an exhibition with some of my paintings and to experiment with other types of leaves when painting.
