Making fun and colourful crochet

Hi, I'm Vick Painter and I live in a quiet village in the Staffordshire Moorlands with my husband, a painter and decorator. I first got into making crochet beanies last year and then became a little obsessed with amigurumi.

Fascinated with miniature worlds, tiny paintings and book nook models - making animal and floral keyrings, charms and brooches was a natural next step.

The local wildlife, a love of bright colour palettes and a sense of fun is what inspires me to pick up my yarn and hook every day.
