I started my laser and engraving business in 2024 after 3 years of making personalised mugs and photo slates. I'm passionate about handmade products and supporting small businesses. Every item is handcrafted with care. All items can be personalised, and I also offer custom/bespoke work. Orders take 2–4 days to make, depending on design. Delivery is via 48-hour tracked service. Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
