I have twin crazy adopted boys who are nearly 5. They take a lot of time to manage. I will always try to respond quickly and especially do my utmost to post out as quickly as possible. Id like to say straight away, thank you for your patience if there is a delay, it'll only be because its all gotten a little crazy around here. That said, I relish every single interaction with a customer so this is my happy place, my respite and my reprieve, thank you for being a part of that.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
