Hello!
I’m the maker behind House of Straw. I discovered straw marquetry and fell in love with how this humble material can shine and change with the light. Now I use it to create bold, quirky Pop Art because everyday things deserve a little sparkle. I work from my London studio, surrounded by cups of tea (no cats yet, sadly), hand-cutting each straw and piecing them together one by one. It’s slow work, but I like to think of it as building a tiny, shimmering world... one straw at a time.
