Buying from me

All my projects are of my own creation. I am fully retired and make these items as a hobby, with love and care in a totally smoke and pet free sewing room.
I usually post out within 4 days .. my items are ready made, so no waiting - only on the postie.
I use Royal Mail, as some couriers, who do not know areas very well, tend to just leave parcels on the doorstep.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
