Making beautiful flowers from felt in Scotland

I love flowers in all their many shapes, sizes and colours but unfortunately I'm allergic to them. I began making flowers from felt to put in my home about two years ago and got completely hooked. I study photographs and try to make my flowers as realistic as possible. I've had to usher a few bees out of my workshop! I like to try and think of unique things to make like my little pot plants rather than a standard bouquet and I love the challenge of custom orders. Every petal and leaf is cut and shaped by hand and sometimes coloured, which is a lengthy process. To switch off I also do needle felting and like to make tiny teddy bears, which I sometimes also sell, if I can bear to part with them. I try to use paper rather than plastic for packaging and use felt scraps as stuffing to be as eco friendly as possible.
