Buying from me
I handcraft or hand-paint all items I sell, and I aim to add a wider variety of items over time. I put a lot of effort into each of my items, but feel that elements that show the hand painted or crafted nature of each piece, make them unique and add to the charm. So expect to see brush strokes, a pencil mark or such here and there, and know that dedication and passion created each item.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
