Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
For cancellations, (before your item is posted) please contact me within 2 days of purchase. I accept returns (within 14 days of receipt) customer pays for the return postage. Please use tracked postage only. item must be unused/unopened in its original condition for both the box and item. I do not accept returns exchanges or give any refunds for rings, as they are made to order and custom made/size to fit each customer. On receipt of your item, If there are any faults within 6 months I offer to fix or send a replacement only, no refunds.
