Buying from me

I make my items at home in my spare time, usually while listening to a podcast. I have been vegan since 1982, so all my items are vegan, and I mostly use recycled , bamboo or organic yarn. I can customise items, for example I can write what you want on the bunting. I will ship an item as soon as I can after receiving an order usually in a day or two.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
