Buying from me
Every print is produced and checked by me before it leaves. I aim to post next working day. However, weekends, bank holidays etc can effect delivery times. If your order is urgent, please message me and, if it is possible, I will endeavor to help you. Prints are always made to order. If you have ordered a personalised print. These can take up to 10 days to arrive, depending on complexity and proof approval from you. Returns and refunds are not available on personalised prints.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
