Welcome to my shop!

My longstanding love of vintage and antique textiles, combined with my mantra of re-use and recycle, and my ever present need to create is the foundation of my business. All the textiles have been carefully sourced and curated by me, and lovingly made into the creations found in my shop. Each piece is unique, so when it's sold, it's gone for good.

I do undertake commissions however, so if you have a special request, please get in touch. I am happy to welcome you into my London studio for special projects.

Please note that I am not repurposing museum quality panels or clothing, but instead breathing new life into pieces that are no longer fit for their original purpose. That being said, most of what I use had an illustrious past ( I use expensive materials) and were once part of a larger beautiful piece that can only in part be salvaged. Because of this, there may be subtle imperfections; minor signs of prior lives are entirely consistent with the ethos of my brand, and should not be seen as flaws. I always endeavour to describe each item accurately, and point out flaws if they do exist. Please feel free to ask any questions or request more photographs. Also, everything I use has been cleaned!

I love to sew and embroider, and at present, mainly make decorative cushions, silk lampshades, reticules, toiletry bags, satchels and scented sachets. Currently, I am working on a series of embroidered wild beasties, which I will incorporate into bags or satchels; I haven't decided which!

I have had many past lives....
I am mother to five children brought up in Paris France. I have been a furniture maker, a chef, a baker, an upholsterer, and a gardener. I am trilingual and have two unruly dogs.....
