I’m Jo, the maker behind Carrog Y Coed in North Wales. Inspired by the Afon Carrog and the wooded meadows that surround my home, I create artisan skincare and wellness products in small Aga-made batches. Using Welsh tallow, Royal Welsh award-winning beeswax and carefully chosen botanicals, my range celebrates heritage and a true sense of place. From face creams to soaps, butters and serums, each piece is crafted with care, connection and honesty.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
