Hello! I’m Lou, the maker behind Ruiha — a cosy corner of colourful gift tags and cheerful cards designed to make gifting feel that little bit more special.

I’m a busy mum, juggling a part-time job, and you’ll often find me supporting my child’s cricketing journey from the boundary, volunteering for our cricket club on the committee or coaching, or watching him play football from the sidelines during the colder months. Amid the chaos of training, matches, and life on the go, crafting gives me the perfect downtime — a chance to pause, get back into my headspace, switch off, and focus on creating something beautiful.

Each design starts with a love of colour (sometimes calm and earthy, sometimes bold and playful) and a desire to make people feel seen, appreciated, and connected. Whether you’re wrapping a grand gesture or a simple thank you, I’m here to help you say it beautifully.
