Hello!
I love working with glass, it happened quite by accident really! One of those life moments that turn into something wonderful, and I've never looked back. From the early days of Blueberry Glass producing stained glass panels for features in homes, and now to present day of fusing glass, yes you could say it's been a bit addictive :)
I think it's the pebble smooth textures, and a combination of the glossy rounded finish and vibrant colours that attracted me to fused glass. I've been creating for over 25 years now and still feel excited to lift the kiln lid each day :)
I work from a studio space at home, there's currently three kilns that are in constant stages of preparation, firing and cooling at any given time, so that keeps me very busy! Alongside, there is usually a pile of sketches of ideas that have popped into my head, usually at quite odd moments! :)
I create small decorations and gifts throughout the year, some with a coastal feel, and some pretty and floral. But I love Christmas, so expect to find plenty of festive goodies in the shop too :)
Oh and the banner photo? It's the famous Victorian wooden lighthouse that stands on the beach near where I live. Lovely isn't it!

Always a pleasure to buy from Blueberry Glass. I have quite a collection now which is admired by family and friends. Every item is beautifully packaged well so it's secure for posting.I wouldn't buy my glass from anyone else!
