Buying from me
Everything in my shop is handmade by me – from embroidered clothing to one-of-a-kind jewellery. I work slowly, in small batches, using natural, upcycled or vintage materials. Orders ship within 3–5 working days. Each piece is unique and made with care, meaning and intention.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Return Policy
Each piece in my shop is hand-embroidered and completely one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique and personal nature of these garments, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please make your purchase mindfully – check the measurements, read the product description carefully, and feel free to message me with any questions before ordering. I’ll be happy to help you decide.
Colour note: Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting. I do my best to capture them accurately in photos and videos.
