It will be posted out FREE to the UK by Royal Mail tracked 48 service within 3 working days. If you require a faster delivery, you can purchase the delivery upgrade alongside your order. The order will still be dispatched within 3 working days, but the delivery would be the next working day.

Handmade Silver Jewellery Inspired by Nature

Hi, I’m Johanna, a Jewellery Designer/ Maker based in the heart of England in the Black Country. 

After graduating with a 3D Design Degree, specialising in Metal Smithing in 2004 I set up my jewellery design business as a Designer/ Maker trading as Johanna Wren. I had the amazing opportunity of being a resident jeweller at Bilston Art Gallery for my first year, before setting up my own workshop in Birmingham’s famous Jewellery Quarter, where I began to develop a larger collection of work, learn new skills and display at exhibitions and craft fairs throughout the country.

When my family began to grow I took some time away, but still continued to work with both designers and manufacturers in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, where my knowledge and experience has developed over the years.

My family have been a huge inspiration in encouraging me to get back to the work bench and to continue my own love for designing and making jewellery. We decided together on Black Country Wren as my new business name.

My inspiration comes from the natural world around me, focusing on wildlife, shapes, forms and textures. Our world has some true beauty, that I like to celebrate in the form of timeless silver jewellery for everyone to enjoy.
