ALT Hackney

Eco-friendly and handcrafted – thoughtful decor for conscious living

ALT Hackney was founded during lockdown from a shared passion for functional, minimalist design. With a background in web design, my creative focus shifted from digital to tangible, analogue products. Together with my partner Danny, we began crafting a range of handcrafted homeware from our studio in Hackney. Our collection includes plant pots with drainage holes and matching water trays, decorative trays, candle holders, and seasonal ornaments. Every piece is designed and produced in-house—from 3D modelling and printing to mould-making and casting. We primarily use Jesmonite, an eco-friendly, water-based resin, and biodegradable filament for our 3D prints. Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do—from materials to packaging.

Processing time is currently 1–2 weeks, as everything is made to order. Please email us if you would like further details.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
