Buying from me
For felted sculptures please allow up to one week for dispatch. For all other items I typically post within a 1-2 working days of ordering.
I mostly sell one off pieces, and often work using fabric remnants so can't always recreate any individual piece, but I'm open to commissions if there's something in particular you have in mind. Get in touch!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
