Defined by graphic shape, strong colour and black outlines, my artwork has a distinctive and recognisable style and energy.
During my long 49 year career as a Chartered Surveyor I've enjoyed buildings, drawing them, exploring them, so it is not surprising that buildings capture my artistic interest as much as the gannets, puffins and other sea birds I'm fond of painting.
Now (just) retired I will be spending more time creating and developing further my art work.
I continue to seek new subjects whether sourcing from my own ideas and travels or in meeting the challenge of commissions.
