Welcome to Niques Boutique, a unique range of art and hand crafted items including greeting cards, prints, jewellery, decorative items and accessories. All prints and handmade greeting cards feature my colourful nature inspired art. Items such as jewellery have been created using materials obtained from a variety of sources, some of which may be vintage and/or re-purposed. Please bear this in mind when visiting Niques Boutique.

All physical items when purchased will arrive carefully wrapped and packed, sometimes using recycled/repurposed packaging materials, such as plastic bubble wrap. Where I would normally do my upmost best to avoid the use of plastic, I also believe in recycling and reusing. Therefore please keep this in mind when purchasing from Niques Boutique and either reuse the packaging materials or recycle/dispose of responsibly.

Colourful nature inspired art, floral wall art, handcrafted and decorative accessories

Hello, I'm Veronique and I am an artist, illustrator and maker and love all things nature inspired. My paintings are always linked to an aspect of nature one way or another. I enjoy painting in a variety of media including watercolour, gouache and oils and my artwork can be seen published on jigsaw puzzles, greeting cards, napkins etc, licensed through my licensing agent and sold Worldwide. I also sell original paintings and my art is in private collections in different parts of the World.

I also can't resist playing with other materials and I dabble in collage, printmaking, sewing crafts and jewellery making, as well as bookbinding. From time to time I may come across something else I must have a go at and become completely obsessed with it! I always think it's important to run with ideas and seize the creative moment!

I've been painting, drawing and making things since I was small: of course my dollies needed dresses in the latest fabrics. My Mum was a dressmaker and always had an eye for the latest fabric trends and there was always bits of fabric lying around which I was encouraged to use. My real love though is painting and I cannot think of anything more joyful than being able to express a feeling or experience relating to nature through my art. It often comes from just seeing a beautiful flower or bird.

Nique's Boutique is all about bringing together my creative pieces whether it is an original oil painting or a hand crafted clasp purse.
