Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns Policy
Because all items are made to order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days with photos. I will happily send a replacement once the original item is returned.
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. I recommend using tracked postage to ensure your return reaches me safely.
