Made To Order Handmade Wooden Furniture For The Home...

A number of years ago I was working at an old Manor House in Wiltshire decorating a nursery, I spent my lunch breaks watching and chatting to a carpenter making bookcases out of oak. I had done some carpentry work over the years but it was clear he was on a different level - a craftsman.

The seed was sewn and I started to teach myself traditional woodworking techniques with hand tools before moving on to a mixture of hand and power tools.

The results include traditional and contemporary furniture using time tested techniques, often with a unique element. I studied textile design & surface pattern at college and increasingly find myself wanting to include my love of graphic design and pattern into my furniture.
My priority remains the same though - to focus on the quality of each item.
