All Kloak candles are hand-poured in small batches from my kitchen in Bournemouth using 100% natural soy wax and vegan-friendly oils. Each order ships in 1–2 days with eco-friendly, recyclable packaging. Expect strong scents, honest humour, and candles made by one girl who does it all.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I want you to love your candle as much as I loved making it, but if it’s not quite right, no stress — I happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Simply contact me first, pop it back in its original condition and packaging, and once it’s received, I’ll process your refund straight away.
Please note: return postage costs are covered by the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Because every candle is hand-poured in small batches, small variations may occur — that’s part of their charm!
