Buying from me

All the jewellery is handcrafted from natural semi-precious gemstones. I work with these natural stones to create jewellery especially for you. Some stones may have patterns and fissures that make them uniquely beautiful.
I dispatch within 3 days with Royal Mail 48 tracked and I use padded envelopes to reduce postage and packaging costs.
If you require a giftbox or have any requests please contact me before purchase to discuss.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
