Buying from me
Most of my items can be personalised upon request (sizes, colours etc...) I will aim to ship within 2 working days of receiving your order. I try to recycle materials for all my stock, so source reclaimed timber, preloved fabrics etc....I do my very best to avoid purchasing anything brand new for my makes, so the end product is as eco friendly and natural as possible.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
