Welcome to Folly Flora
My policy is 'what you see is what you get' - the items displayed in the listing images are the actual items you will receive after purchase.
After receiving your order, items are posted within 2 working days using Royal Mail Second Class postal service. I like to recycle clean, used packaging materials when available.
If there is an unforeseen delay I will contact you to discuss.
Any queries with your purchase please contact me, I will be happy to help.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS
I hope buyers will be pleased with their purchase, however if for any reason the item is not suitable for your requirements I am happy to refund, subject to conditions outlined below.
In the first instance please notify me using the 'returns' form found in the Folksy sales and returns policy within 14 days of receiving the item. (Exceptions are custom orders and personalised items).
Please return items unused, preferably still in their original protective coverings, with all tags and labels still attached. To avoid items being damaged in the post I would recommend that you re-use the original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original resalable condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and a partial refund will be given.
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ask for a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office counter staff when you post the item or if you prefer, use a trackable option.
Thank you.
