Original handmade wet felted creations - hats and so much more!

I am a professional feltmaker specialising in handmade felt hats, as well as a multitude of accessories. Using traditional wet felting techniques, my designs are individually handmade from high quality merino wool to create a unique product.

Even though Felt by Bridget has been in business since 2008, and I've made (literally) hundreds of hats, I am still amazed by the almost magical transformation from raw unspun wool to a fabulously versatile textile. I love the texture, I love its sculptural properties, I love the way that colours can be combined and overlain – almost like watercolours. I never fail to be stunned by the results.

Felt is my passion, my obsession!

Wonderful hat, beautifully made, so comfortable, light, adjustable, versatile, and most amazingly folds flat. My new favourite hat, great colour too. Excellent service too. Bridget got it in the post quickly and it was delivered the next day. Very happy, will definitely shop with Bridget again.

Lovely bracelet, feather light with beautiful colours, well made and unique. The magnetic fastening works really well, it’s easy to put on and take off, but strong enough to keep the bracket safely on my wrist. Love it.
