Everything I make is carefully handmade, from felted gifts and decorations to custom commissions. I also create felting kits and stock quality tools that I use myself, so you can trust they’re reliable and well tested.
I aim to ship orders within a week, often sooner depending on my current workload. You can expect clear communication, thoughtful packaging, and a focus on quality in everything I send out. Thank you for visiting my shop.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
